All members of each student organization should support their own events. There must be at least one student contact person for each event, who is the overall student in charge of the event. This student must be present at the event from the beginning of set-up to the end of the breakdown. Regardless of age, at no time may the student contact person consume any alcoholic beverages during the event. Advisors are welcome and encouraged to attend all events, but are not required to do so.
