Re: Student Handbook for Academic Year 2007-2008
The Student Handbook has been published and will be distributed to all full-time undergraduate students at the beginning of the school year. Graduate, professional, and part-time students may pick up a copy at the Office of the University Registrar or contact the Office of the Dean of Students. All students can access the handbook online at www.fairfield.edu/studenthandbook.
All full-time faculty and a number of administrative offices and staff received copies of the handbook earlier this summer. If anyone who did not receive a copy would like one, please contact Rita Sherwood, administrative assistant, at ext. 3425 to request one. Additional copies are also available for use at undergraduate and graduate student open houses and orientations.
The handbook is organized into the following sections:
- History
- Resources and Services
- Information Technology
- Policies and Procedures
- Student Conduct Code
- Residential Guidelines
- Clubs and Organizations
Where policies or procedures differ for undergraduate and graduate students, both are listed and clearly distinguishable. Additional policies and procedures can be found in the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs.
