Alcohol

Fairfield University has a beer and wine permit which allows these beverages to be sold in the Levee. For all events where alcohol will be either sold or served, student organizations must request approval through the Office of Student Activities & Facilities. Depending on the nature of the event, a temporary permit may be required from the State of Connecticut. At all events outside the Levee where alcohol is present, Public Safety must have a presence. The authorization to have alcohol at any student event is at the sole discretion of the Office of Student Activities & Facilities. Under no circumstances can student organizations sponsor events on-campus or off-campus that include an "open bar" or unlimited consumption of alcohol.
