Summer Institute for the Gifted - Day Program

 

University College Program

Boy from HofstraThis program, provided by the Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG), has been running strong for more than 22 years, with four at Fairfield University, providing gifted students an exciting and challenging summer experience based on students' abilities and interests. The courses are taught at levels appropriate for gifted students in grades K through 6, covering mathematics and sciences, humanities, and multi-disciplinary courses. Each student who attends these workshops has the opportunity to choose three courses and has a recreational period. Classes meet five times a week for 90 minutes each. The site coordinator is Amy R. Blake.
