NEW! Most events will require the QR code in your confirmation email to check in. You will need this QR code ALL weekend to check in for any ticketed event you are registered for, so please save this email.
Friday Arrivals
- If you are staying in campus housing on Friday night, you must pick up your housing key in the Aloysius P. Kelley, S.J. Center between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Housing key pickup will only be available until 10 p.m. so please be sure to get your key before going out for the evening.
- For those attending the kick-off party at Elicit Brewing Company or Class of 2001 Party at the Grape, if you are not staying on campus on Friday night, you do not need to come to campus before heading to your party, unless you would like your name tag. However, please be prepared to share your QR Code at check-in. See below for transportation options for this event.
Saturday Arrivals:
- Check-in will open at the Kelley Center beginning at 9 a.m. and will continue through 4 p.m. Check-in will close from 4 – 6 p.m. to relocate to our evening location; however, housing key pickup will remain open until 6 p.m. After 6:30 p.m., all guests can check in and pick up their housing keys at Bellarmine Hall until 9 p.m.
**For security purposes, all alumni must pick up their own housing keys; keys will not be given to friends. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact the Office of Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving at 203-254-4280 to make arrangements prior to your arrival.**
Parking
Guests may park in any available lot as well as the parking garage on campus throughout the weekend, with the exception of the Bellarmine Hall upper lots on Saturday evening. Please take care to park only in valid parking spots. If you need accessible parking for the Bellarmine Dinner Dance and have not already communicated this via your registration form, please notify the Alumni Engagement team ASAP at 203-254-4280.
Attire: We encourage all attendees to dress comfortably and for the weather. All activities will take place rain or shine, so please plan accordingly.
- Friday Night and Saturday Daytime Activities: Casual attire. Limited shade is available for outdoor daytime events, so consider bringing sunblock and/or a hat to make your day more comfortable in the event of warm weather.
- Bellarmine Dinner Dance: Springtime evening cocktail/"summer wedding" attire is recommended. As it can get cool at night, we recommend a jacket, sweater, or wrap and moderate heels or flats that are easy to walk in on grass. While the tent on Bellarmine Lawn does have sidewalls, we encourage you to bring umbrellas and raincoats/ponchos in case of rain showers while walking to/from Bellarmine Lawn and to/from the restrooms, which are located outside the tent.
On-Site Purchases
Please note that cash is recommended for the purchase of drink tickets at the Taste of Fairfield and Bellarmine Dinner Dance. Credit cards will be accepted, but cash will provide the fastest transaction for you.
