Townhouses are two-story units consisting of two or three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, a minimum of 1.5 bathrooms with an extra sink, and plenty of closet/storage space. Three bedroom units have both standard and tub showers. All townhouses have central air-conditioning.
Townhouse units are equipped with the following:
- Beds
- Desks
- Desk chairs
- Built-in closets
- Chests of drawers
- Living room couch and loveseat or chair
- End table and bookshelves
- Kitchen table and chairs
- Cable TV connection in the living room
- Telephone line (which the residents share but can set-up private voicemail)

Townhouse residents must provide their own lamps, cooking utensils, dishes, and cleaning supplies.
Living in the townhouses provides students with an opportunity to learn self-responsibility and shared-responsibility, which is outlined in the Townhouse Bill of Rights. To review the Bill of Rights please click here.
Residents are responsible for preparing their own meals (a limited meal plan option is available and popular with students).
The townhouse complex also features a student staff to help aide the residents. To meet the townhouse complex staff please click here.
Living in the townhouses is limited to seniors and juniors on a space-available basis.
