Townhouse & Apartment Managers

Townhouse and Apartment Managers are selected from the pool of students assigned to live in the townhouses and apartments. These students are not RAs in the traditional sense. Rather, they serve primarily as a resource to student residents for maintenance or other operational housing issues. They facilitate resolution to problems and also dissemminate information to residents in their particular area.

Compensation for Managers includes a stipend, and the application and selection process takes place after students have been assigned to live in the townhouses and apartments.
