Fall 2008

Registration for full-time undergraduate students opens:
Friday, September 12, 2008 (3 p.m.-5:30 p.m.)

Registration for graduate and University College students, faculty, and staff opens:
Monday, September 15, 2008 (9 a.m.-Noon)

All registration sessions will take place in the RecPlex. Please check at the front desk.

Classes begin the week of Monday, September 22, with the exception of Yoga Flow I, which begins Monday, September 15.

Monday

Beginning Pilates: Monday & Thursday - 12 p.m.-1 p.m. with Billy ($40/$55/$105)

Yoga Flow I: Mondays - 4:30 p.m.-5:45 p.m. with Jeanie ($35/$45/$105)

Abs & Sculpting: Mondays - 6:15 p.m.-6:45 p.m. with Deborah ($25/$35/$70)

Belly Dancing: Mondays - 7 p.m.-8 p.m. with Deborah ($35/$45/$70)

Tuesday

Advanced Pilates: Tuesdays & Fridays - 12 p.m.-1 p.m. with Billy ($40/$55/$105)

Mixed Pilates: Tuesdays & Thursdays - 4:45 p.m.-5:45 p.m. with Billy ($40/$55/$105)

Step Express I: Tuesdays - 6 p.m.-6:30 p.m. with Sue Ellen ($15/$120/$55)

Variety of cardio drills, strength training & ab exercises.

Belly Dancing

Learn the art of Middle Eastern Dance-works your lower torso and arms

Beginning Pilates

Innovative floor exercises that not only strengthen your core muscles but also increase your flexibility and alignment.

Mixed Pilates

Floor exercises that give you strength, flexibility, and alignment, with something for everyone, from the basic to the advanced!

Step Express

Alternating step n' pump and floor aerobics

Abs & Sculpting

Class focuses on sculpting and training the upper body as well as the legs, glutes, and abs

Sculpt 'n Crunch

Targeting muscle strength and endurance of all major muscle groups, including a 10-minute routine to develop the abdominals

Boot Camp

Dynamic and powerful movements used to improve speed, strength, agility, balance and flexibility

Rock Bottom

"Problem Areas:" Abs, glutes and thighs. Total body conditioning

Yoga Flow

Whether you are brand new to Yoga, have taken a few classes, or have extensive experience, Jeannie will be your guide. The class will focus on both posture and breathing exercises, from the very basic to the advanced. You will become more flexible, toned, and stronger while at the same time releasing tension and finding peace within yourself.
