Registration for full-time undergraduate students opens:
Friday, September 12, 2008 (3 p.m.-5:30 p.m.)
Registration for graduate and University College students, faculty, and staff opens:
Monday, September 15, 2008 (9 a.m.-Noon)
All registration sessions will take place in the RecPlex. Please check at the front desk.
Classes begin the week of Monday, September 22, with the exception of Yoga Flow I, which begins Monday, September 15.

Yoga Flow |
Whether you are brand new to Yoga, have taken a few classes, or have extensive experience, Jeannie will be your guide. The class will focus on both posture and breathing exercises, from the very basic to the advanced. You will become more flexible, toned, and stronger while at the same time releasing tension and finding peace within yourself. |
