Paralegal Certificate Program offered by Fairfield University

August 1, 1999

Fairfield University has revamped its Paralegal Studies Certificate Program, making it possible to specialize in specific areas of interest. In addition to the four basic required courses, students may elect to complete six elective courses for their certificate in areas that prepare them to work in general and family oriented practices or corporate law and litigation firms.

The areas break down into real estate, probate, business law and litigation. Courses meet Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings from 7 to 9:30 p.m., beginning as early as Sept. 14 and as late as Sept. 23. Cost of the courses ranges from $238 to $356. For additional information, please call Janice Dunn, assistant director of non-credit programs, at (203) 254-4220 or toll-free, 888-254-1566.
