18:20 Mission Statement:

Christian Life Community (CLC) is a group of people who meet together regularly to help each other know Christ better and to find what He is asking of us in our daily lives. 18:20 is a Christian Life Community at Fairfield University that finds its identity in the scripture passage "For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them." (Mt 18:20). 18:20 groups seek to become true Christian communities where its members listen, share, challenge, and are changed by responding more fully to God's voice in their life. We focus on the three pillars of Spirituality, Community, and Mission.

How it works

Student led groups meet once a week for an hour to pray and share 'highs, lows and seeds' of their week. The structure of Fairfield's 18:20-CLC program is made up of a council comprised of 3 student leaders and a campus minister who meet weekly. This Council is largely responsible for the training and formation of new leaders, organizing and planning of wider social events on campus as well as determining the direction the program will grow in.

If you are someone who desires to form lasting relationships and explore your personal relationship with God, then sign up! All are welcome to join. We invite you to give it a try and if after a few meetings, you decide it is not for you, no hard feelings!
