Post-performance Q & A with the company
$45, 35, 30
In less than a decade Los Angeles-based BODYTRAFFIC is winning over audiences across the United states with their dynamic theatricality and fresh vitality. Amid a flurry of critical acclaim, including being named one of the "25 to Watch" in 2013 by Dance Magazine and "the company of the future" by the Joyce Theater Foundation, this contemporary repertory company is commissioning today's most distinctive contemporary choreographers. Their Quick Center appearance will feature a new work by Kyle Abraham, the young award-winning choreographer whose career has skyrocketed in the past two years, as well as Richard Siegal's exuberant O2Joy set to the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Glenn Miller, and other jazz greats.
