Details: The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) has honored Fairfield University with its 2014 Connecticut State Merit Award in recognition of its partnership with Bridgeport Schools. The NEBHE award recognizes Fairfield University's overall institutional commitment to Bridgeport Schools, its efforts to contribute to their goal of preparing students for post-graduate success, and its university commitment to access and success.
