Fairfield University-Marist College men's basketball game postponed

In wake of Saturday's tragic fire that claimed three lives, two of whom were Marist students, Marist College has postponed the men's basketball game against Fairfield on Sunday January 22.
"Fairfield University extends its condolences to Marist College and to the families of the students who lost their lives in this fire," said Mark C. Reed, Vice President of Administration at Fairfield University. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire community."
"I am saddened by the news of this tragedy," said Gene Doris, Director of Athletics at Fairfield University. "As a former member of the Marist athletic staff, I share in the sorrow that the entire campus feels at this time of grief."
The two teams will reschedule the game for a later date.
