Dr. Ahmed M. Ebrahim has obtained both undergraduate and Master degrees in Accounting from Mansoura University-Egypt. Following this, he earned MBA degree and a PhD in Accounting with minor in Finance from Rutgers University. During his time at Rutgers, he was awarded a pre-doctoral fellowship from the University. Dr. Ebrahim has published journal articles in the areas of corporate governance, financial reporting, and auditing. He has made numerous conference presentations of his research, and served as a reviewer of manuscripts submitted to many accounting conferences and academic journals. Dr. Ebrahim has taught different accounting courses on both graduate and undergraduate levels including financial accounting, intermediate accounting, managerial accounting, cost accounting, auditing, individual taxation, and corporate taxation. Dr. Ebrahim is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with practical experience in both the areas of audit and taxation.
