Town of Fairfield

Fairfield is compact and easy to navigate. Residents can walk to theaters, restaurants, museums, and galleries, as well as the train station for a commute to corporate centers in Stamford and New York City. The ferry is nearby in Bridgeport and there is easy access on and off I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. Residents and nearby visitors have access to 2 beaches and marinas.

City of Bridgeport

Unlike most nearby urban centers, downtown Bridgeport is easy to negotiate. Residents can walk to theaters, restaurants, the train station, and nearby Bridgeport-Port Jefferson ferry. It is a short walk to Harbor Yard to see the Bluefish, a minor league baseball team, play. One of the finest urban parks, Seaside Park, is located along the harbor and Long Island Sound.

Captain's Cove Seaport is another one of Connecticut's premier tourist attractions. Located on Historic Black Rock Harbor, the complex is an active maritime and amusement center.

Downtown Bridgeport is also one of the last remaining real estate bargains in all of Fairfield County. It's a great place for young professionals to buy their first condo or house. As the City Trust block, Arcade, and Downtown North developments continue to build, an increasing number of rental apartments and condominium units will become available in the next few years.

Town of Trumbull

Trumbull is a largely residential community with extensive parks and recreation areas that boasts a high quality-of-life for its residents. It is located a little over an hour by train from both New York City and Hartford. It is easily accessible to I-95, the Merritt Parkway, and Route 8, and borders Monroe, Shelton, Bridgeport, and Fairfield.

Trumbull is a growing, suburban residential community with extensive retail and an expanding commercial and industrial base. The Town has above average income and education levels that reflect its competitive and driven nature.

Trumbull is home to over 35,000 residents and boasts low crime rates.
