Bilingual Special Education

Overview

Currently, the Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions offers a federally funded grant program to train 25 TESOL or bilingual special educators. This grant program (Project SETTELL) leads to a degree (M.A. or C.A.S.) with Connecticut state initial certification in comprehensive special education and cross-endorsement in TESOL or bilingual education.
