The University's Fiscal Health. With 34 years of a balanced operating budget and a recently strengthened endowment, Fairfield is a financially stable institution. Yet bridging the gap between tuition revenue and the cost of a Fairfield education is an ongoing challenge. As a young institution, Fairfield's endowment still lags behind others. Gifts to the endowment and the Annual Fund ensure Fairfield continues to meet its responsibilities.

Campus Grounds & Facilities. Gifts to Fairfield help maintain a physical plant which encompasses over 200 acres and nearly 1.7 million square feet of building space.
