Student Court
Mission Statement
- to uphold student rights in conjunction with the community standards of Fairfield University
- serve as a disciplinary hearing body, in accordance with the student code of conduct and disciplinary procedures
- mediates disputes within FUSA and may be called upon by the University or the President of FUSA
- supervise and conduct all FUSA elections, in accordance with the election code, set by the Student Court and approved by the Senate
Applications for positions on the
Judicial Branch will be available in the fall.
