Administrative Computing offers the following services to the University:
Systems Support - Our systems support team is responsible for functions such as: database administration, backup and recovery, maintenance of the Banner system, systems monitoring and trouble-shooting, account creation and maintenance for the Banner system, generating ad hoc reports upon request, printing, and op-scanning, change control and implementing all Banner production changes are handled by this knowledgeable group.
Consulting - Our experienced consultants will bring your department guidance in not just solving problems, but helping to advance the levels of information, support and service that your office provides to students, staff and faculty. We offer both technical and functional consulting. Let us know how we can help you!
Project Management - We assess, plan, oversee, and implement all Banner and related projects!
Training - Banner training, as well as other project-specific classes, are offered many times during the year. The schedule of training classes includes a brief description of the class, pre-requisites necessary for attendance, the capability for making reservations online, and training documents.
