M.S. in Taxation
Dear Prospective Student:
Thank you for your interest in Fairfield’s MST program. After careful consideration, the faculty has decided to align our offerings to better coincide with the strengths of the full-time faculty. As a result, we are suspending admissions to the MST program, effective immediately, and will be phasing out the MST program. In tandem with this change, we have also approved revisions to our MSA program to permit those interested in tax to gain a greater exposure to tax during their MSA studies. In particular, the revised MSA will provide students with the opportunity to take as many as seven tax courses.
In addition to electing greater exposure to tax in our revised MSA program, students, like you, who are interested in studying tax at Fairfield, can also consider pursing an MBA with a concentration in taxation; or, if you already have earned a master’s degree, a Certificate for Advanced Study in Taxation.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Dawn W. Massey, Ph.D., CPA
