"The management major offers a lot of flexibility. There are courses in employment law, business law, leadership, and business development. It's a good major because of that. I received a solid background in accounting, finance, marketing, and information systems in the business core curriculum.

I find the faculty extremely knowledgeable. Many of them have their own consulting practices. They all have experience in private industry, and they effectively bring that into the classroom and apply it in such a way that it enriches students' educational experience. They can provide a good perspective as to what's out there in the business world. They know my strengths and weaknesses and my interests, and they are able to offer some excellent advice as to possible career paths and internships."
