Imaging System (SCT Xtender) offers many exciting features

Administrative Computing continues to assist the Advancement division in their efforts to roll out Xtender. This new software offers many exciting features.  Aside from ease and flexibility there is a rubber stamp feature (i.e. "Personalized", "Confidential", etc.), annotations (notes, shapes, highlights, etc.) can be added to a scanned document to draw attention to a particular area of a document.

Additionally, this software allows a person with the appropriate role to scan documents into the Xtender system and link the scanned image to a constituent's record.  Since the paper document has been scanned, the image is available to anyone with the appropriate administrative access rights.
