Campus bandwidth expansion

As a result of a recent competitive bidding process, the Fairfield community will soon enjoy a dramatic increase in the amount of data bandwidth that is available for connection to the Internet. A contract has been signed that will expand the bandwidth by more than three times the existing amount of access. We are now awaiting the installation of a new higher speed router from the carrier to accommodate the increased traffic path. This improved flow of data will shortly be operational via the Fairfield data network.
