Xtender Implementation Project

Administrative Computing is working with the Advancement division in their efforts to implement "Xtender." This software will allow a person with the appropriate role and security level to scan documents into the Xtender system and link the scanned image to an constituent's (e.g. donor's) record. Since the paper document has been scanned, the image is available to anyone with the appropriate administrative access rights.

This new software offers many exciting features. Aside from ease and flexibility there is a rubber stamp feature (i.e. "Personalized", "Confidential", etc.) and annotations (notes, shapes, highlights, etc.) can be added to a scanned document to draw attention to a particular area of a document.
