Video Work for Athletics, Students and the Public

Brian McAllister, a senior New Media film major, has been selected to receive our first Pitch and Produce directing fellowship. The fellowship provides recipients with a Media Center professional crew to function as a production staff for his or her original video project.

A ground-breaking initiative has begun as we explore ideas for a video program to pitch regionally or nationally. The Media Center had a meeting with Cablevision programming executives in New York on December 15th to discuss the prospect.

Other projects in progress include:

  • a video to celebrate the successful completion of Fairfield Prep's Capital Campaign which resulted in major renovations and new construction.
  • a new video introduction to the Ignatian Residential College and
  • continuing work on a series of videos for the Arena and the Athletic Department.
