LibQUAL Survey Available in Spring

To follow up on the LibQUAL+ survey performed in spring 2004, the library will again survey students and faculty in spring 2006. The survey provides a well-tested vehicle to solicit, track, understand, and act upon users' opinions of service quality. Comparisons will be made against our 2004 data to assess changes. Additionally, we can compare our results with those of several other participating AJCU libraries. This service quality assessment will be an important component of our upcoming NEASC accreditation effort.
