Web & Design Work at Full Throttle

New work as well as revisions to existing designs is keeping our design team busy. A "first" for the University and for the Media Center is a flash animated e-mail that was designed by the Media Center and sent to 11,000 alumni in mid-December for the Annual Giving department. The e-mail was a seasonally inspired design that showed beautiful snow scenes of Fairfield set to music with a warm greeting. The project was a new way to reach out to our alumni asking them to donate to the Annual Fund.

Other design work completed or in progress includes:

• A new Media Center website now online.
• Redesigned HAM Channel and WVOF websites also online now.
• A new flash-enhanced website for Visual and Performing Arts.
• Continuing work on a new virtual tour of the University, including all new video shoots of participants.
• A series of video e-mails for the Athletics Department, advertising upcoming games.
