Make an Appointment

Appointments can be made by phone or in person.

Initial appointments are made on a same-day basis by calling Counseling & Psychological Services at 254-4000 ext. 2146. Students are requested to call after 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Because appointment times each day are limited and generally fill up quickly, students are encouraged to call early in the day. Advance appointments beyond one work day are not given. Our "first come, first served" operating procedure is intended to enable student to access treatment as needed and to prevent long waits for a first appointment.

In Person - Stop by our private office suite located in Dolan (Suite 120) next to the Health Center.

Office Hours - Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Counseling & Psychological Services also provides emergency consultations to students who have an immediate need. Please call 254-4000 ext. 2146 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to meet with a clinician. For emergency situations after hours, please call Public Safety at ext. 4090 or the Student Health Center at ext. 2241 and a clinician will respond.

All appointments must be made by the person seeking counseling. You can schedule a consultation with a clinician to discuss concerns you may have about another person.
