Resume Referral Program

Fairfield welcomes organizations who are unable to interview candidates on campus, but wish to identify promising candidates to fill hiring needs. To service these organizations, the Career Planning Center sponsors the Resume Referral Program through which organizations list specific positions (along with the desired qualifications) with our office.

Positions are then advertised through our eRecruiting program and interested students submit resumes directly to the organization on-line. Employers may then schedule interviews through individual follow-up with candidates.
