Admissions


Admission requirements for the M.A. in Communication are based on the following criteria:

  • Completed Application for Graduate Admission form (available online.)
  • $60 Application Fee made payable to Fairfield University (paid by credit card if applying online)
  • Official transcripts verifying completion of an undergraduate degree.
  • Letters of Recommendation. Two are required by persons who can speak to the student's strength to undertake graduate studies in Communication.
  • Personal Statement. Students should describe why they want to undertake graduate studies in Communication.
  • Proof of Immunization for measles and rubella (for applicants born after December 1, 1956.)
