Who Should I Call?


For the following problems, call Computing & Network Services at ext. 4069:

  • Hardware functionality (e.g., my computer won't turn on)
  • Keyboard/monitor/mouse/disk problems
  • New computer purchase/installation
  • Printer configuration / troubleshooting / repair
  • Windows' errors:(i.e. "This program has performed an illegal operation... ")
  • Network passwords (used to log on to your Windows computer and/or to access your @mail.fairfield.edu email account)
  • Exchange (all email accounts that end with @mail.fairfield.edu)
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Entourage)
  • Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  • Web servers, including new accounts for faculty, staff, & students
  • FileMaker Pro and online web forms

For the following problems, call Telecommunications Services at ext. 4228:

  • Network connectivity (including new port installation)
  • Phone setup / connections / troubleshooting

For all questions relating to Banner and StagWeb, call Administrative Computing / SunGard SCT at ext. 4357.
