Webpage Templates
Overview:
Is your faculty or personal webpage out of date or needs an overhaul? Do you want to create a webpage without having to start from scratch? Do you want a nice template to work from? Well fear no more!
C&NS is offering free webpage templates that you can download and use for you own webpage. These templates came from the Apple webpage creating program called iWeb. These templates are html pages that are fully editable. There are 27 categories of templates each with 8 subcategories inside of the main template. The subcategories are broken down into layout types. That's 216 available webpages!
Below you will find links to the main templates and their subcategories. You will also find a picture preview of the template style as well. By clicking on the links to one of the subcategories, you will be prompted to download a .zip file that contains the html files. From there, you extract the html files inside of the .zip file to a folder on your computer, and then you can edit the webpage with your webpage editing program, such as NVU or Dreamweaver.
Also below, you will find instructions in .pdf form that spell out step-by-step what you have to do to download, create/manipulate the templates and upload your webpage to your faculty webspace.
