Student Computing Support
Student Computing supports internet connectivity issues as well as virus, and spyware problems on student-owned computers. Support is delivered both over the phone and by appointment at the Student Computing Help Desk located in Dolan Hall Room LL1. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
All Fairfield University students are required to download and install University supplied antivirus software and install all critical operating system updates before connecting to the network.
A wealth of computer and security information, including Antivirus Software installation and instruction is available on this Student Computing website.
When a computer issue falls beyond our scope of repair, students are referred first to the warranty provider, and then to a qualified local computer repair center.
