Introducing the New C&NS Self-Service Help Desk


Computing & Network Services has recently launched a new website to automate Help Desk requests. The Fairfield University community is now able to submit computing help requests through any web browser.

To submit a trouble ticket or service request, sign in to https://cnshelpdesk.fairfield.edu with your NetID, fill out a New Request form, and click Save.

Watch for Global Issues

Global Alerts can instantly inform you of any campus-wide outages or problems that may be affecting the Fairfield University community. To notify us that you are experiencing the issue described in the Global Alert, click on the Subscribe link in the system's Current Global Tickets box. You will then receive an automatic notification when the issue has been resolved.
