Why Can't I Log in to This Service?
In the fall of 2009, Computing & Network Services instituted a new, unified authentication system that allows a single username and password to provide access to nearly all electronic services on campus. This new account, known as your NetID, needs to be activated (or "claimed") before you start using it.
If you have not yet claimed your NetID account, please claim your ID to initiate the process.
If you have claimed your NetID account but you've forgotten your password, please visit the NetID Manager to initiate the Password Reset process.
