Teaching Philosophy
In the classroom I work to create a level playing field for each writer to experience a breakthrough in their writing. The writingworkshop is an intimate space where all kinds of mysteries unfold in terms of how writers become skillfull in hearing, writing, telling and be-ing their stories. I am a facilitator and guide, and I eagerly follow and listen to what my student/colleagues and their stories haveto tell/teach me about writing which is just the unfolding stories of our lives.
