Join in a common conversation among colleagues across the institution on what has been most pivotal in developing and enacting a system of Peer Review of Teaching (PRoT). See what each department found essential, and engage in hands-on practice in groups, including giving and receiving "critical" observation feedback, and alternatives to simple observations or student ratings. Lunch provided.
