(3:00 – 3:30pm) Digication electronic Portfolio for New Faculty Join us for this brief session on Digication electronic Portfolio facilitated by Dr. Aaron Perkus, Associate Dean, University College. Learn how Digication can be used as a tool for developing a dossier of faculty work. View a promotion and tenure template in Digication which can be used to build your own portfolio to document evidence and artifacts of your teaching and research, and share with your mentors and chair, among others. (3:30 – 5:00pm) Wine & Cheese for New Faculty Join us for an informal Wine & Cheese gathering. This is a great time to check in about how your experience at Fairfield is going one month into the semester. We combine both a common conversation in the room, and informal conversations, about teaching, getting a sense of the big picture here, and or any other aspect of your engagement in the community.
