Open to Faculty & Staff--Registration required This workshop will briefly examine how mainstream conflict resolution theory and strategies can replicate exclusion and undermine community and relationship building despite the best intentions of those seeking to help. Brief interactive activities will offer an opportunity to unearth some of these patterns and the trainers will present several concepts and strategies for analyzing and addressing these problems when working with students and employees in a campus environment. Co-sponsored by the Conflict Resolution Consortium, Marsha Alibrandi and Kamala Kiem, Co-Directors and the Center for Academic Excellence. Lunch will be provided
