The Core Unmasked

Friday, October 29, 2010
11:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Oak Room, Barone Campus Center

Join us as we “unmask” the core by providing the campus community with information on our unique courses. Throughout the Core Unmasked exhibits, each department in the College of Arts and Sciences will have a booth offering information, as well as faculty and student representatives who can discuss the purpose of core courses and their relevance to your life. For the first time this year, we partner with the Peer Advising Fair, where First-Year-Experience (FYE) student mentors and other trained students (representing a range of majors/minors), engage students in informal conversations regarding courses, registration, accessing course information online, finding advisors online, questions to ask advisors, and other topics. This fun event will feature tasty food and drink, raffles and give-aways.
