Classroom Assessment Techniques
Thursday, November 5, 2009
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Library 107C
All of us who teach have developed a variety of strategies and techniques to figure out how well our students are learning in our classes. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience among our faculty and in this workshop we will hear from a couple of our colleagues about their own experiences and methods.
Liz Hohl in History and Ginny Kelly in Counselor Education will share their own classroom assessment techniques and Stephanie Burrell will moderate the discussion. Please join us and come prepared to talk about your own methods and explore those of your colleagues.
By the way, if you would like to be a panelist on a future classroom assessment workshop, please contact Stephanie Burrell. We plan to schedule another workshop like this in the spring.
This workshop is co-sponsored by the CAE and the Facilitator for Academic Assessment.
