See examples of nuts and bolts including what to evaluate (syllabi, assignments, etc.), and multiple methods for doing peer review well. Review an actual syllabus, and observe a classroom (video). Discuss both formative feedback (for improvement) and summative feedback (for personnel decisions). Next step: Departments create their own peer review systems, with CAE help.
