Advising can be a chance to teach or mentor learners, sometimes by starting with powerful questions, like, "What do you enjoy?" "What are your strengths?" "What do you find most meaningful in life?" Join Susan Birge (Director of Counseling), Beth Boquet (Assoc. Dean, CAS), Deb Cady (Assoc. Dean of Students), Debbie Chappel (Dean of Freshman) as we discuss both ongoing challenges and strategies that have worked well.
