Please join our third job candidate, Stephanie Burrell, from UMass, Amherst when she presents a workshop on, "Preparing College Students for Social Action Engagment". The goals of this workshopare are to: (1) Discuss knowledge and skills students need to develop to promote diversity and equity; (2) Discuss what faculty currently do in the classroom to prepare students for social action engagement; and (3) Explore teaching strategies to prepare students for social action engagement.
