The Division of Administrative and Student Affairs is responsible for the majority of programs and services that occur outside of the traditional classroom environment. Such programs and services are not "add-ons" but rather are integral to students' educational experience and personal development.
The division strives to serve all students of the University - undergraduate, graduate, and part-time - and wants students to commit to excellence; to develop and discover their talents; to develop and strengthen their religious and spiritual lives; to see their lives - academic, social, and personal - as integrated and with a holistic perspective; to develop mutual respect for and sensitivity to others; to commit to honesty; to value and to offer service to others; to be engaged in the life of the University; to increase their awareness of those less fortunate than themselves and to work for a just society; and to develop a sense of their vocation in life.
