The Minor

Requirements for an 18 credit minor in American Studies are:

• The American Intellectual Tradition Seminar.
  Required 3 credit course.
• Three American Studies elective courses in one of the following disciplines: American literature, history, politics, sociology or visual and performing arts.
• Two American Studies elective courses outside of concentration.
