Seating
We are committed to providing you the very best seats available for the events of your choice. Preferred seating is assigned on a date-received basis with priority given to renewing subscribers and members. Place special orders early. Seating priority is guaranteed for subscription orders placed by the July 15 deadline. (Please note special requirements on priority seating for subscriptions to Met Opera HD series: Met Opera HD orders and tickets for members of the Metropolitan Opera on the $150.00 level or above will be processed starting August 19, 2011. Met Opera HD orders and tickets for members and subscribers of the Quick Center will be processed starting August 26, 2011. Non-members orders and tickets will be processed starting August 29, 2011.)
Discounts are available for most events; some restrictions apply. Any discounts, including coupons, must be requested prior to ticket purchase. Call the Box Office for details.

If three prices are listed, the A section seats are the highest, B are the middle, and C are the lowest price. If two prices are listed, A/B seats are higher and C seats are the lower price.
Ticket Policies
No Refunds: All tickets are non-refundable, except for cancelled events that are not rescheduled. Tickets may be donated to the Quick Center for resale prior to the event.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be made in person at the Box Office or returned by mail at least 24 hours prior to the event; a processing/reprinting fee of $5.00 per ticket applies. Free exchanges, for tickets of equal or lesser value, are the privilege of subscribers and members only.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt. The ticket holder is responsible for tickets. Lost or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of Fairfield University.
Gift certificates are available for the Arts & Minds performances. Contact the Box Office.
Dates, prices, and artists listed are correct at time of posting. Fairfield University is not responsible for necessary changes in the program or for rescheduling.

Access
Access for persons with disabilities is available throughout the Quick Center for audience members and performers. Please specify needs at time of purchase. Hearing amplification devices are available upon request at the Box Office.
All spaces are available for rental, with discounted rates for not-for-profit organizations. Read more about facility rentals.
Parking & Directions
Free, secure parking is available for our patrons. Arrival at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time is highly recommended for best parking. Parking lots are located in front of and adjacent to the Quick Center. See driving directions to the Quick Center.
