Mutrux Visual Resources Collection User's Manual This user's manual has how-to instructions for slide scanning, flatbed scanning, digital and analog copystand photography, using the film recorder to make slides from digital images, using the portable digital projector, and teaching with the iBook in C-1.

Technology Classroom Help Sheets

The three classrooms that are used by the Art History Program are equipped with overhead digital projectors, DVD and VHS. C-6 and C-9 also have computers. Click on the classroom that you will be using to access the technology help sheets for that room.

Recommended Web Resources

Employment opportunities: The Visual Resources Collection employs 6-9 students each year from all classes. The student workers shoot digital and analog images; prepare, label, mount, and file slides; scan slides; do flatbed scanning of images, Photoshop images; enter metadata in our database; search for images in ARTstor, and perform a myriad of other tasks that keep the VRC running. Please contact Carey Weber if you are interested in a position in the VRC.
