Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination

 

Eligibility and Submission Guidelines
Alumni who have graduated in classes up to and including 2003 are eligible, as are non-alumni who have achieved excellence and distinguished themselves in Fairfield's athletic program. Form must be submitted no later than April 14, 2008.
