The Fairfield University Awards Dinner
The Fairfield University Awards Dinner began in 1960, when the Alumni Association began recognizing alumni and staff for their professional achievements and service to the institution. Held annually, the University's Multicultural Scholarship Fund has been the beneficiary of the Awards Dinner since 1988. Overall, more than $14 million dollars has been raised in support of financial aid.
Here are three individuals who benefitted as students from the funds raised by the Fairfield Awards Dinner.

"Thanks to individuals like yourselves, I have been blessed with opportunities to see parts of the world that I had only dreamed about... Your donations do impact peoples' lives. Not only the student's life that you helped put through college, like myself, but, more importantly the lives of all those that student comes in contact with. In many ways, it is like an investment that continues to pay dividends... Thanks for making an impact on my life. Please continue to do it for others, as I, too, will try to do."
